Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OmniPulse AEO ("OmniPulse," "we," "us") at omnipulseaeo.com and the associated dashboard. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. The service

OmniPulse turns a seed topic or URL into an 8-format content kit (article, audio script, short-form script, LinkedIn post, newsletter, schema/FAQ markup, press release, infographic blueprint) using AI models, and can publish that content to destinations you connect (WordPress, webhooks). OmniPulse is bring-your-own-key (BYOK): generation is powered by your own Anthropic, ElevenLabs, and/or Replicate API keys, which you provide and control.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you sign up and are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Keep your password secure and tell us at support@omnipulseaeo.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans (currently Starter at $39/mo and Growth at $79/mo) are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Billing in your dashboard settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we don't offer prorated refunds for partial periods.

Trials. Where we offer a free trial, no payment method is required to start it. If you don't add a payment method before the trial ends, your access is automatically paused — we don't charge a card you never provided. Adding a payment method during the trial converts it to a paid subscription at the trial's end.

BYOK costs are separate. Your OmniPulse subscription fee does not include AI usage costs. Anthropic, ElevenLabs, and Replicate bill you directly for API usage under your own keys and account with them. OmniPulse has no visibility into, and no responsibility for, those charges — monitor your usage directly with each provider.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the generation pipeline to produce content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or that violates a third party's rights.
• Attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent rate limits or other technical protections on the platform.
• Attempt to access another workspace's data or another customer's account.
• Resell or provide access to the service to third parties without our consent.
• Use the service to generate spam or to violate any AI provider's own usage policies.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with notice where practical.

5. AI-generated content — review before you publish

Everything OmniPulse generates — articles, scripts, posts, press releases, schema markup, all of it — is produced by AI models and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that doesn't match your intent. You are responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and editing generated content before publishing it anywhere. OmniPulse makes no warranty that generated content is accurate, complete, non-infringing, or fit for any particular purpose. WordPress publishing destinations are set up to receive content as a draft, not published automatically live, specifically so you have a review step — don't bypass that habit even when publishing elsewhere.

6. Intellectual property

As between you and OmniPulse, you own the content generated for your account, subject to the terms of the underlying AI provider whose key you used to generate it (Anthropic's, ElevenLabs', or Replicate's own terms may impose their own conditions on output you generate through their API). We own the OmniPulse platform, software, and branding.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will achieve any particular search-visibility or business outcome.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniPulse will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the service — including costs you incur with third-party AI providers. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid OmniPulse in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
